3HO’s Summer Solstice Celebration is a 9-day spiritual gathering in the high desert mountains of New Mexico.
It is a rare opportunity to cleanse the mind, go beyond ego and feel your spirit soar.
Based on the teachings of Yogi Bhajan, the Summer Solstice experience includes Kundalini Yoga workshops, White Tantric Yoga®, Morning Sadhana, Live Kirtan, Community Connection, and the all-pervasive bright, uplifting energy generated by 2000 souls living in their highest consciousness.
One of the most exciting, inspiring, and fun aspects of Solstice is experiencing the love and support of the spiritual community that gathers together for deep transformational work.
Summer Solstice Sadhana is a drug-free, alcohol-free, and smoke-free camp. Keeping your consciousness clear and uplifted enhances the transformational experience of Solstice.
It is by no mistake that Yogi Bhajan chose the foods he did for the special menu that we refer to as the Solstice Diet. While it may not be apparent at first glance, this menu is masterfully crafted to give you the best opportunity to take advantage of the profound sadhana you’ll be engaging in throughout your solstice experience.
Everyone participates in 2 hours of service to help camp run.
Our projection includes what we wear. How we dress reflects our spirit. Please wear clothes that project your grace and radiance.
One of our top priorities is providing the opportunity for everyone to experience group Sadhana every morning in the Amrit Vela (the ambrosial hours between 3–7 am), so late night activities are limited. All music, evening activities, and the bazaar end by 9:30 pm, and lights out in the camp is at 10 pm.
