The Practice
- Start with Sukhasana
- Standing Twist, 12-20 times
- Modified Uttanasana, 10 times
- Adho Mukha Svanasana, 10 times
- Dynamic Plank Pose, 5 times
- High Lunge and Modified Parsvottanasana, 5 times
- Modified Parivrtta Parsvakonasana
- Balasana and Bhujangasana, 5 times
- Dhanurasana, 5 breaths
- Balasana, 20 breaths
