Have you noticed the times where you feel swept up in emotions, or feel easily triggered by events and people? At those times we can easily be overwhelmed and turn to negativity, judgement, self criticism and a whole host of other limiting beliefs and thoughts. If we are lucky we do not outwardly react and create a ripple effect by projecting our negativity on others. If we do, we ultimately pay the price. We are after all – all connected.

The chaos you create through your reaction affects you also. You may also notice that these times have a cycle to them. They come and they go. The more charged a situation, the more likely it is to return perhaps with another face but same underlying condition.

The question becomes, how do I break this cycle? How to create a big enough change that I stop dating the same guy/girl/person in different bodies over and over again, or create the same resistance to success that keeps me in a state of lack and angst.

The yogis speak to the power of pausing, coming present, and first recognizing that you are in a cycle. Then asking yourself some key questions: If you could respond to the situation in a more graceful way, what would you do? If you are seeking a different outcome, what is that outcome? What is the energetic shift/ emotional choice you need to make in order to make the change?

If you have a big emotional charge, then you will need a way to change your energy and if we look deeply, we find a rhythm within all things—a natural ebb and flow that reminds us of the cyclical nature of life. Just as the wave rises, it will eventually subside; just as we breathe in, we must exhale. Life, like the breath, is a continuous cycle, inviting us to move gracefully within it.

Staying connected to the heart is our anchor in these moments.

The heart, as our center, holds the wisdom that knows to stay open, to surrender, and to trust the journey. It reminds us that life’s cycles are not here to break us, but to refine us, shaping us into vessels of light. When we recognize that opposition only fragments our spirit, we naturally begin to release resistance. We learn to soften, even in the face of what feels overwhelming, trusting that the intelligence of life—the great, unifying field of consciousness—holds us in her embrace.

Each one of us is a unique expression of this intelligent, creative force. When we tune ourselves to this frequency of life, we step into our full potential. We become like the tip of an arrow, piercing through layers of doubt, conditioning, and separation, and accessing a consciousness that is beyond the limits of old models and ideas. In this space, possibilities emerge, and we find the courage to lean into them, forging new pathways and wiring ourselves to a new paradigm of being.

This is a time when the veils between our true self and our conditioned self feel thin. It’s as if the universe itself is urging us to step forward, to embody our creative potential, and to be the living expressions of what’s possible when we align with the wisdom of the heart. The invitation is always here, in this present moment, to attune ourselves to this flow.

The time is always now, and now, and now.

In this way, we become part of the greater cycle, contributing to the collective transformation of consciousness. The world needs each of us, standing tall in our calm, centered hearts, and allowing ourselves to be moved by the creative pulse of life. We breathe in, we breathe out, and we surrender to the beauty of the dance, trusting that we are exactly where we need to be with just the tools to navigate skillfully.

I’ll see you in the great filed of the unknown where I am learning to ride the waves of destiny. Truth and Light are my guiding force. You, me, and this beautiful earth are my inspiration. I too long for harmony and peace for all beings. We can do this one breath at a time.

So together we breathe, we move, we connect, we rise up in love and togetherness.
