Bhakti Flow: Effort and Grace
There are two primary forces at work in our life: the ascending force of action and effort, and the descending force of Grace. This practice offers an insight into how to apply effort in order to access the liberating energy of Grace. This challenging sequence is a deep backbend and twist-inspired vinyasa flow, leading to the ecstatic dancer’s pose of Nataraj. To transition, we will dive into a kriya (a set of exercises that tune up our life force energy and balance our chakras). To close, we will dive into the powerful waters of meditation and merge with Grace. Live music with Aykanna!
Detox & Renew
Ignite purifying heat and build inner tapas in this vigorous vinyasa practice. Deep hip openers and spinal twists will flush and tone the inner organs; energizing standing postures will detoxify lymphatic tissues; skilled breathwork will release toxins and restore prana. To brighten your energy, release stress and nourish the endocrine system, we will practice a set of kriyas (exercises) to tune up our life force energy and balance our chakras.
