Kriya, Flow & the Art of Teaching

May 30 - June 6, 2026 · Live, Online · 60-HR Module

This immersion explores the practices, principles, and philosophies that lead to right action  – in your practice, your teaching, and your life.

You will embark on a deep study of kriya as a methodology to transform limiting patterns and access an elevated and connected state. As your practice deepens, you will explore the role of the teacher as a catalyst for transformation and cultivate the ability to teach from direct experience with presence, clarity, and authenticity.

What is Kriya?

Kriyas are integrated yoga sets that combine posture, breath, mantra, mudra, and internal focus. The yogic practice of kriya is designed to awaken us into our highest potential. To engage in kriya is to take conscious action that supports your personal development and spiritual evolution.

In a time when stress, distraction, and reactivity shape our daily lives, kriya becomes essential.

Kriya is one of the most direct and powerful ways to reset your system and return to clarity.
It interrupts habitual patterns, cleanses the emotional body, and reorganizes your energy from the inside out. In doing so, it brings you back to your original state, the place within where you remember who you are and glimpse a higher reality.

In this module, you will not only learn how to access the state of kriya – you will develop the self-awareness required to sustain it. Through reflection and refinement, you will strengthen your capacity to recognize habitual tendencies and consciously choose a new direction.

To access a state of kriya is to find wholeness.
To act from kriya is to act from wholeness.

Kriyas may be practiced as complete, self-contained sets or skillfully integrated into regular classes. Within the Radiant Body Yoga methodology, you will learn what a kriya is, how it works, and how to practice it in a way that unlocks its full transformative potential. You will also learn how to teach kriya safely, progressively, and effectively.

You will learn how to weave elements of kriya – specific breath patterns, mantra, energetic sequencing, and internal focus – into Vinyasa classes in a way that strengthens and adds depth. This is a core distinction of the RBY approach: honoring the integrity of Kundalini-based kriya while integrating it into modern practice with integrity and care.

Through consistent kriya practice, you develop deeper presence and refined sensitivity to energy. From this foundation, teaching becomes more powerful and authentic. Your classes become even more intentional, intelligent, and transformational.

This module invites you to step into a more confident, embodied, and radiant expression of you.

In this course you will…

  • Understand the structure and mechanism of kriya
  • Explore a range of kriyas and their specific purposes
  • Learn how to safely and intelligently incorporate kriyas into modern class formats
  • Understand how to infuse regular classes with elements of kriya without losing accessibility
  • Deepen your presence and effectiveness as both practitioner and teacher
  • Recognize shadow tendencies and develop greater self-awareness
  • Understand the teacher as a guide to the ONE expressed through the many
  • Apply the principles of kriya and flow into your practice, life, and teaching

Who is this course for?

This immersion is not limited to teachers. It is for dedicated practitioners who want to understand how kriyas work and how to apply them skillfully.

It is for those who feel called to deepen their relationship with energy, mantra, bandha, and mudra, and to move beyond surface-level sequencing into energetically intelligent practice.

For teachers, this course provides a clear and grounded methodology for integrating Kundalini-based kriyas into modern classes with safety and confidence. You will gain practical tools to lead transformational experiences while remaining steady and responsible.

Ultimately, this module is for those who want to use yoga as a genuine pathway for evolution – in themselves and in their students.

Teachers at all levels will find that this training strengthens your capacity to integrate and speak to the subtle elements of practice – energy, consciousness, mind, intention.

This course is open to serious practitioners and those pursuing a 300-HR certification.

PREREQUISITES

Our Advanced Training modules are designed to adapt to your rhythm and schedule. Take them to deepen your practice, earn Continuing Education credits, or progress toward your 300-HR certification at a pace that honors your life, whether intensively or gradually (up to three years).

Those seeking a 300-HR Yoga Alliance registered certification must hold a 200-hour certificate (RBY or another registered school) and complete all five modules. There is no time limit. If you have also completed the RBY 200-HR upon completion of the 300-HR, you may register at the RYT-500 level.

These 60-hour modules are open to committed students who wish to continue their study even if they do not intend to complete the full 300-hour certification (three years of practice recommended). All six modules may be taken in any order as part of the RBY 300-HR Teacher Training or independently. Many take some of these modules and then move on to the 200-HR, or the other way around.
